So I ordered this bracelet because it said they will engrave it. I came up with a phrase I wanted for n it and asked for the script which I thought would be beautiful. When I received it nothing. It was not engraved. I have tried to contact the company and no response. So if you’re wanting personalized pieces be prepared for disappointment if you think they will.

Daughter gave me this bracelet for Mother’s Day and had it engraved. The first one was delivered but the slider bead would not move at all. Gorjana was excellent about sending me another bracelet very quickly despite the item being engraved. I love the bracelet and the special engraving from my daughter.
