Originally from Alabama, Merritt stepped into the volleyball spotlight at the University of Nebraska. A member of the US National Team and the Pro Volleyball Federation’s number one draft pick, Merritt just finished her first season with the Atlanta Vibe and made history as part of the first women’s pro volleyball all-star match (alongside fellow gorjana Athlete, Brooke).

Her kindness and commitment to giving back inspire us - she coaches at her former high school during her off season.
