Bespoke Dog Tag Necklace

So I got this as a a Christmas gift from my kids this years, I wore it for two days and woke up to it in my bed broken so I took it to my local Gorjana and they couldn’t fix it so she ordered me another one, i waited forever to receive it and literally the same day I got it I was sitting in my chair watching tv and felt something tickle my neck and when I looked down it was broken AGAIN, the same I got it in the mail! Makes me think this company isn’t all their jewelry is cracked up to be. I want to get it fixed again but I don’t want me kids and I to be disappointed because it broke again. I forgot to mention how I took the second one to someone who repairs jewelry and it still broke the very next day. I just can’t get my hopes up that it will be fine if I get it fixed again. I’ve hardly had it back for two weeks at this point and can’t even wear it, such a shame.
